Experience - 5+years

Qualification - Master's Degree preferred

Job Responsibilities-Identify relevant channels,

Develop strategies to tap the channels and make the range available,

Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet sales goals,

Develop and lead a full team of executives across various tiers to effectively deliver sales and distribution across Nepal,

Make Strategic Plans and Interventions in Consultation with Multi-Functional Team and Implement the same.

Coach and build leadership in direct reportees - manage capability building across the team.

Candidates who have direct experience working for MNCs.

Candidates who have previously worked in Nepal should also apply.
