Job Profile: Assistant Manager, IT & SAP
SAP Functions (L2 level SAP support)
Weightage = 70%
Should -
- support existing SAP implementation with very strong SAP MM knowledge and have working knowledge of SAP PP, QM and SD module to troubleshoot issues
- have experience with HHT usage (Hand Held Terminals) on the shop floor
- understanding of EDIs and ability to support EDI related issues. Working knowledge of XML is preferred.
- have very good experience in Handling Unit Management (HUM).
- have a good understanding of consignment stock scenarios
- be able to prepare test cases and perform unit testing
- assist in change management activities such as end-user training and end-user manual
- perform detail analysis of business process requirements, discuss the requirements with the offshore team to provide timely solutions to the end users.
- document requirements, functional designs, test cases and results.
- proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Candidate will work with an offshore development and support team
- be having working knowledge of WMS is add-on
ICT (Information & Communications Technology) & Administrative Functions
Weight = 30%
- Ensuring 100% uptime for the hardware and software ICT Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with FMS vendor and offshore IT team to resolve IT related issues.
- Ensuring bills for IT services are received from vendors / service providers , approved and sent for payment on time
- Responsible for service renewal and IT procurement.
- Coordinating with offshore team to resolve office365 related issues
- Responsible for IT Budget for the plant.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG is a must. Experience in Soap & Detergent Manufacturingis preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP as a SAP consultant with minimum 3 years as a MM. He should be part of atleast one SAP end to end implementation.
- Minimum 2 years functional experience in stores, purchase OR production is mandatory
- Graduation from any stream
- Certification in MM is highly preferred and an added bonus.
- Experience of working in Middle East is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
