Client has been in the business of pharmaceutical sales distribution and trading, third party manufacture coordination for over 2 decades. Annualized revenue is USD 5 Million. Client supplies Medical Disposables, along with Pharmaceutical Products, Diagnostics, Lab reagents and Medical Equipment. Client is an exclusive distributor/partner of Fresenius Medical Care and Fresenius Kabi and is involved in marketing and sale of their product range
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installing troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Fresenius Medical Care Products on account of the need to always ensure continuity of operations as well as full customer satisfaction.
- Well-versed with Fresenius Hemodialysis Machines with the following models:
- 4008B, 40008S, 4008S (Classix / Nextgen), 5008, 5008S, Multifiltrate, ART / ART Universal
- Well-versed with Fresenius Water Treatment Systems with the following models:
- AquaWTU 125/250, AquaBplus 500 / 1000 / 2000 etc.
- Install machines and equipment in customer's facility, conducts initial test runs when and where applicable, and make the necessary adjustments/calibration..
- Provides user-training to the client's personnel who are assigned to operate the installed machinery/equipment, and provides user-training updates to them as well.
- Conducts preventive and predictive maintenance of all machineries and equipment installed, thru regular consultation with product maintenance records and/or conduct of site visits.
- Repairs machineries and equipment based on its maintenance history and utilization records and recommends parts replacements further repairs, or outright product replacement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Biomedical/Electronic) or other related courses.
- Strong interpersonal skills, supported by strong anaytical and problem solving skills.
- Can work independently and within a team.
