KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To supervise the technicians to ensure the plant equipment are running smoothly as per the operating specification. Monitor and maintain records.
- Troubleshoot and rectify minor problems. Identify the root cause and arrange to raise SO if jobs have to be carried out by contractor.
- To perform emergency support duty at times.
- Supervise and manage contractors to deliver quality works, complying with EHSS regulations.
- To record any system failure, report to the Senior Engineer and prepare incident report.
- Review parameters recorded by technician and to take necessary action if theres any discrepancy.
- To escalate any emergencies immediately to the respective management
- To train technicians on new equipment, CAFM, emergency escalation, etc.
- To check daily attendance & overtime details.
- Any other duties assigned by superiors
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead and manage a group of subcontractors
- Ensure fast response time and attend to breakdowns to clients
- Provide timely update to the In-house CAFM database
- Assist department in achieving Key Performance Indicators
- Constant review and propose operations improvements
- Provide timely feedback to clients regarding repair status
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma (Mechanical / HVAC) or ITI equivalent
- Minimum 5 years work experience in related field
- Must be able to lead a team and be hands on to do trouble shootings
- Able to work independently
- Able to speak read and write English
- Able to manage difficult subcontractors from different nationalities
- Able to multi-task and take work pressure well
Roles and Responsibilities
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The site supervisor's responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.
To be successful as a site supervisor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations. Ultimately, an outstanding site supervisor should be able to interpret building plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Monitor staff by patrolling with them
- Assign work areas for officers to patrol
- Protect the people and property
- Conduct routine patrols with team
- Look out for suspicious persons, vandalism or hazards
- Respond to alarms and distress calls
- Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response
- Must be able to work with speed
- Must have previous experience as a police officer, military police officer or security guard
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must have no criminal record

Roles and Responsibilities
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft and unsafe conditions.

- Provided optimal customer service and performed all security related tasks by preparing reports of daily activities and events.
- Documented and generated reports for incidents and daily activities that occurred with hospital staff and customers.
