Senior Instructor Plater Fabricator
- Band 3B
- Salary ( 9500 10000) AED per month inclusive all.
Desired Candidate Profile
Scope (A brief statement of overall responsibilities)
Design and deliver plating training programs to employees at various levels implementing differentiation in instructional strategies and demonstrating professional control of Plating tools and equipment, assessing competence both formative and summative, and evaluating training outcome and achievement of objectives.

MANAGER TRAINING & TALENT MANAGEMENT
Responsible for: (The main job activities)
- Collaborate with DDWD Departments to analyses training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans and schedules
- Develop training modules materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.
- Deliver training to all interested parties up to DDWD/ TTM standards
- Assess and evaluate training in accordance with module and department standards
- Trade test new employees up to the required standards
- Record and communicate training results with concerned departments
- Mentor Trainees where requested
- Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.
Preferred Competencies:
- Diploma / Degree in engineering (Structural / Fabrication / Welding)
- Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field
- Certificate/ Diploma - Apprenticeship Training Program - Ship fitter/ Plater/ Fabricator
- Certificate - Lay-out, Pattern Development.
- Certificate as vocational trainer in plating from a recognized vocational body .
- Familiar with classification society requirements
- Possess knowledge of MS Office applications.
