This position will report to General Manager and oversee the Technicians and Pickers and Packers.

Duties will entail:

  • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to production employees/ technicians and ensure production goes on like plan (20%)
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules of attendance as well production (5%)
  • Ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance (5%)

Duties will entail:

  • Update the operations supervisor on the ELS condition of the computers (laptops/desktops) and advise on a plan on how to refurbish them and the requirements of the parts and spares to refurbish them (10%)
  • Refurbish the laptops using required spares and parts like replacing or upgrading Hard Drive or RAM or screen or keyboard or batteries, upgrading software & cosmetic like applying a vinyl sheet on top to make it look better (40%)
  • Doing Quality Assurance checks to ensure the laptops/ desktops refurbished are up to the internal quality requirements and meeting customer requirements (20%)
  • Maintaining a record of all the laptops and changes done on them while refurbishing like the serial number of laptops, any license keys used or allocated, and any spares used on them (10%)


3. Picker and Packer ($30K pa)



Duties will entail:

  • Unloading incoming material from trucks and doing inward scans (20%)
  • Placing them in a warehouse with proper records enabling to locate them (10%)
  • Picking material from the warehouse for production (15%)
  • Moving raw and finished materials between production and warehouse (20%)
  • Packing goods for dispatch (20%)
  • Loading finished goods in trucks & doing exit scanning (15%)

4. Finance Specialist ($60K pa)



This position will report to General Manager


Duties will entail:

  • Producing accurate financial reports and information including P&L, Balance sheet & Cashflow statements both historical and forecasted (25%)
  • Managing and assigning credit to customers by analyzing customer profiles such as financial condition, and the position of the customer within the industry (10%)
  • Creating budgets for all kinds of expenses and ensuring the budgets are followed (10%)
  • To optimize and reduce costs at an organizational level such as freight rates and utilities (10%)
  • Managing risk of financial loss (5%)
  • Insuring all aspects like inventory or credit insurance (5%)
