Bachelor's Degree Holder (Accountancy, Banking & Finance) or any other related field.
Deal with all customer complaints & find suitable solutions or inform & follow up such complaints with Customer Care Cell in Head Office.
Attend all telephone calls within three rings & give currency rate/information as required by callers.
Identify potential customers or business.
Provide adequate and necessary information whenever required to Head Office, Administration Office
