Country Head for Iran

Experience: 15 to 22 yrs.
The incumbent shall be responsible for
  • Profit & Loss of the Unit, Strategic Planning & Development, overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization
  • Maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns
  • Develop, review, and report on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team
  • People Management
Management of the Overall Business Development Function Including:
  • Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results
  • Sales Development
  • Marketing, Branding, Promotion
  • Competitor and market analysis
  • Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities
  • ETC.

MBA (Marketing) with 15 to 22 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing & Commercial Management with atleast 5 years experience in HOD level.
Good communication skills
GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF IRAN MARKET.
