Asst. Procurement Engineer for UAE (2 Years Experience)

One of our Dubai based client companies required Asst. MEP Procurement Engineer. Details as follows 

JOB CODE: SBCPE

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collection of material requirements from projects including its technical specification and expected delivery schedule as per project plan
• Dissemination of enquiries to all the vendors for obtaining quotations
• Collation of information from all the offers w.r.t technical & commercial details
• Review of offers w.r.t the contract drawings and specifications to ensure technical compliance as per project requirements
• Co-ordination with Procurement Manager during offer evaluation process including preparation of Comparison statement.
• Ensuring preparation & timely submission of all Material submittal
• Follow up with projects sites for approval
• Coordination with vendors for all technical information required for the project
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
• Organize proper filing system and maintenance of records.
• Candidates having experience in electromechanical projects with emphasis on HVAC/MEP projects will be preferred.

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E /Diploma Electrical Engineering

• Must have 02 - 04 years’ experience

• Should have techno commercial knowledge in Purchase/Marketing/Planning

SALARY: AED: 3000-3500
