HR and Government Relations Manager for Kinetic Business in Dubai

Exp: 4 - 6 yrs.

Any Nationality

HR and Government Relations Manager required for one of our prestigious clients based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The purpose of this role is to implement Human Resources strategies and assist the business leaders within corporate with an aim at achieving the efficient use of human resources and supporting the business growth in the Gulf region.

In this role you will be heavily involved in the following day to day activities: 
1. Talent Acquisition
2. Compensation & Benefits
3. Employee Relations
4. Learning and Development
5. HR Administration
6. Government Relations

Desired Skills and Experience
1. Assist the managers in the use of recruitment techniques.
2. Conduct behavior-based interview questionnaires.
3. Act as a point of contact for internal Accounting and external customers
4. Compile, develop and update Salary Structures
5. Advise and educate employees on Company Policies & Procedures.
6. Assist HRD and business leaders in developing, implementing and championing policies and initiatives aimed at.
7. Analyze growth Plans across the whole affiliate to propose training priorities to HRD.
8. Work closely with regional L&D practice centre to implement L&D initiatives and meet the affiliate L&D needs.
9. Perform administrative and procedural duties as required for effective operation of the HR department.
10. Ensure maintenance of accurate and up to date employees’ records.
