The Role:
I. Organization Building
- Designing organization charts, identifying hiring gaps and creating talent acquisition plans
- Coordination with HR recruitment firms
- On-boarding new hires - designing process, training program
-Handling employee complaints, concerns and disputes.
- Organizing continuous learning and training program.
- Organizing team building programs.
II. Performance Management
- Define Performance Management System.
- Define review architecture and rating system.
III. Talent Management
- Define Reward and Recognition for all levels
- Define training calendar including drivers
IV. Putting HR systems, policies and procedures in place
- Create HR policies and system
- Ensure compliance with government norms and HR laws and protect interest of employees and the Company.
V. Structuring payroll/ compensation and benefits
- Payroll for all employees
- Contractor management for off-roll
VI. Overall Office Administration
a) Security planning:-
-Gate control, Gate Passes on the basis of Delivery Notes
-House keeping
-Employee accommodation & renewals of contract
-Petty Cash administration
-Travel management
-AMCs on Assets – Air Conditioners, Photo copiers, Fire extinguishers…etc
-Canteen Administration
-Leave Scheduling to ensure continuity of operation
b) Vehicle & driver’s management
Maintenance of Vehicle Documents- Car Diary, Mulkia, Insurance
Renewal of Mulkia after Insurance renewal & Vehicle Passing
Cost effective planning of Drivers on the basis of Company commitments, vehicles/drivers availability and their validity of respective licenses
A Master’s degree is a must, Preferably a MBA/CIPD in HR from reputed institute.
- Related work experience of minimum, 4-5 years in Oil and Gas Company.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools - MS Excel, MS Word, Ms. Power point
- Expertise in Human resource and administration Roles
