Requirements:-
Manager / Senior Manager SharePoint & MS Project & MS Project Server and OneNote
Purpose of the Role Will be a key team member with primary ownership of architecting, developing and administering SharePoint and MS Project & Project Server as per business requirements in a timely manner.
Roles and Responsibilities
SharePoint 2013
Architect role will require strong knowledge and experience in designing and creating complex and sophisticated solutions utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, Windows SharePoint Foundation, and SharePoint Designer, InfoPath as well as SQL and various other .NET components.
The SharePoint Administrator responsibilities include administration of SharePoint database and applications, providing technical support for users, deploying new servers, maintaining systems, monitoring and troubleshooting the system, developing tools for system management, and support of an Enterprise SharePoint environment (understanding relationship with active directory, SQL, IIS, etc.
Workflow and Form / Template Development.
MS Project and Project Server 2013 including administrator responsibilities
Understand Business and design and create project plan templates based on customer project management needs
Drive solution discussions, document requirements, coordinating with backend team and provide solutions to customers
Expert in:
o Creating and publishing projects in Project and Project Server
o Designing and creating a Program - Project hierarchy in Project Server which meets customer program management requirements
o Using and demonstrating how Project Workspaces can be used to handle collaborative and
o qualitative aspects of Project Management
o Deigning and conducting training programs for multiple level of users in Project Server / Project Professional
o Using and demonstrating usability of all the features of Project Server
OneNote
Creating New Notebook, Section, pages & Subpages
Creating Business requirements in OneNote, Hyperlinking , attaching documents
Create hierarchy in OneNote, documents shifting
Integration with SharePoint Platform, access control based on sections, group level
Features of creating task, updates, pictures etc.
Training to end users about OneNote features etc.
Troubleshooting as & when required.

MS Project and Project Server 2013
Deep functional understanding of Project Server /Microsoft PPM stack of solutions. Deep knowledge and understanding of how Portfolio Management is done using Project Server.
Functional understanding of how projects and programs and planned and executed in multiple business scenarios across industries.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project Professional 2013/2010 with hands on experience in using the tool to plan and manage projects.
Ability to engage with customer representatives at multiple levels (i.e. Project Managers, Program Managers, Senior Management) and demonstrate how the Microsoft EPM Solution stack can address their requirements and pain points associated with Project Management.
Ability to demonstrate users how project lifecycle can be managed effectively using Microsoft Project Server.
Understanding and hands-on experience in Security Model for Project Server.
