POSITIONS VACANT:

1) SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Qual: Diploma/ B.E. (Chemical) Or B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Exp: 8+Years In Refinery And At least 4 years As A Board man / Operator Leader
J.D.: Good Knowledge In Processing In Refinery Setting.

2. DCS OPERATOR / FIELD OPERATOR - ISO-DEWAXING

Qual: 3 Yrs. Diploma (Chemical) Or B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Exp: Min. Of 10 Yrs Experience of Working in Refinery In Hydrocracker/ Iso-Dewaxing Unit Operation. Min 5 yrs. As HCU /IDW DCS Operator.

J.D.: (1) Ability to Perform Safe and Efficient Process Operations by Monitoring Operating Conditions and Make Process Adjustments.(2) Ability to Control All Parameters & Solving All Troubles Related With Plant Operation, Product Yields, Product Quality, Fuel & Energy Conservation (3)Lead plant start-up and shutdown activities from DCS

3) DCS OPERATOR- HCU 

Qual: 3 Yrs. Diploma (Chemical) Or B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Exp: Min. Of 10 Yrs Experience of Working in Refinery In Hydrocracker/ Iso-Dewaxing Unit Operation. Min 5 yrs. As HCU /IDW DCS Operator.

4) SIMULATOR SPECIALIST

Qual: 3 Yrs. Diploma (Chemical) Or B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Exp: 7-10 Yrs. Experience with min 5 Years Relevant Experience as a DCS  Console Operator

J.D.: (1) Process units (HCU/IDW/HCU/HRU/SRU & Utilities) knowledge and DCS console expertise.(2) Provide training and assessment for operations personnel in safety, control room operations, process control, trouble shooting and emergency and incident response (3) Provide fundamental and advanced control room training to production personnel utilizing the OTS instructor station software

5) DCS OPERATOR- H2/SRU/AMINE 

Qual: 3 Yrs. Diploma (Chemical) Or B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Exp: 10 yrs. experience of working in refinery in H2/ SRU/Amine DCS in. Min 5 yrs. as H2/ SRU/AmineDCSOperator.

 J.D.: (1) Ability To control all parameters & solving all troubles related with plant operation, Product yields, Product Quality, Fuel & Energy Conservation(2) Lead plant start-up and shutdown activities from DCS(3) Provide shift reports and it supporting information based on DCS data

6) HYDROCRACKER FIELD OPERATOR

Qual: 3 Yrs. Diploma (Chemical) Or B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Exp: 7 Yrs. Exp  In Refinery In Hydrocracker/ Iso- Dewaxing Unit Operation As Field Operator. 

J.D.: (1)Execute Operations Safely On All Facilities Under His Responsibility, While Maintaining Safety, Reliability, Profitability And Product Quality.(2) Execute Startup, Shut Down And Operating Procedures For Compressors, Furnaces, Distillation Towers, Electric Motors, Fans, Pumps, Instrumentation, Valves And Alarms.(3) Zero injury safety initiative and Safe,  reliable Process Unit Operations, Process Emergency Response

7) OPERATIONS ENGINEER FOR COMMISSIONING 

Qual: B.E. (Chemical) Or B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Exp: 7years Experience In Refinery / Petroleum Operation / Process Unit In Refinery Setting / Production System Operation And Maintenance

J.D.: (1) Prepare and supervise with the Operation Superintendent critical operational activities: start-up, shutdown, and provide technical support to the Shift Supervisors throughout these activities.(2) Review any test requested by process engineering and ensure the test steps and data collection is implemented by the shifts team.
