Head Training & Development

Experience: 10 - 15 yrs
To lead, deliver and ensure that EGA operations / maintenance has sufficient trained and competent non-supervisory employees at all levels, at all times, to meet the current and future needs of the business.

Assesses and defines training and development needs in association with managers, senior training specialists and in collaboration with area managers in order to develop and deliver training to the identified operations and maintenance employees; 
Manages the design, development, delivery and monitoring of all technical and operations training courses;
Establishes and maintains clearly defined training programs that will ensure the safe integration of new employees into the EGAs workforce with special emphasis on U.A.E. Nationals;
Ensures that trainees progress is accurately recorded in compliance with EHSFS and ISO standards.
H&S Manager
Experience: 3 - 6 yrs
To plan and manage the effective implementation of the localised EGAs corporate Safety control/protection strategic plans, policies and programs across the assigned plant operations in order to ensure adherence with world class Safety control/protection practices in accord with international / local legislation and standards.
Process Engineer - Mills and Desc

To provide technical services in the assigned operations area within the refinery (i.e. digestion, clarification, precipitation or calcination) through daily optimization, troubleshooting support, process reporting and projects to contribute to the continuous improvement of relevant processes in terms of safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Responsible for all the technical and operational evaluation of finding opportunities to the development and beneficial use of bauxite residue from EGAs Alumina Refinery in Taweelah in order to achieve the mandate provided by the Board and to cost-effectively manage its disposal using various technologies and for use in various applications such as a range of construction applications specifically in cement manufacturing or oil industries in accordance with local and federal environmental standards.
Superintendent Maintenance - Clarification

To manage the area maintenance teams enabling them to safely implement the maintenance plan as dictated by the production and maintenance schedules.
