SQE
    Responsibilities

    Overall Function: 

    Monitor on daily equipment in assembly to ensure highest yield achieved, minimum rejects and minimum error occurs, and introduce improvement programs.
    Achieve an equipment uptime of above 95%, fast response time for equipment breakdowns and implement corrective action. Ensure equipment are well maintain and best practices being done.

    Responsibilities: 

    Responsible for engineering tests and technical functions related to the support of Supplier Quality Engineering.
    Maintains supplier quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.
    Supports Product Engineering, Production and Quality Manager with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
    Conduct Supplier Quality Audit/assessments and re-assessment.
    Interface with suppliers on technical/quality issues, corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
    Provides factory support to identify and resolve issues associated with purchased parts, materials and manufacturing.

    Requirements

    Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering/ Manufacturing Process Technology.
    Ability to interpret within established procedures and practices as well as exercise independent judgment in complex situations.
    Familiarity with inspection equipment, statistical tools, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing knowledge will be an advantage

    1. Experience: 
      
    At least experience and training in an Engineering Quality or Regulatory Compliance and for Grade 25 at least 5 years experience in related function.
    For medical products - Experience with medical device industry, as well as in depth knowledge on US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) compliance, ISO13485 and FDA21CFR Part 820 will be an added advantage.

    Manufacturing Engineer
      Overall Function: 

      Monitor on daily equipment in assembly to ensure highest yield achieved, minimum rejects and minimum error occurs, and introduce improvement programs.
      Achieve an equipment uptime of above 95%, fast response time for equipment breakdowns and implement corrective action. Ensure equipment are well maintain and best practices being done.

      Responsibilities: 

      Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.
      Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
      Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
      Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
      Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
      Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request.
      Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
      Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
      Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential. 

      Requirements

      Technical knowledge of PCBA and / or System box build.
      English speaking - other languages desirable.
      PC Literate: Word, Excel, AutoCAD etc. 
      CAD system basics.
      Good technical and commercial communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      Ability to work in a customer oriented environment and work well with all internal functional areas, customers and suppliers.
      Good team player.

      Test Engineer
          Overall Function: 

          Monitor on daily equipment in assembly to ensure highest yield achieved, minimum rejects and minimum error occurs, and introduce improvement programs.
          Achieve an equipment uptime of above 95%, fast response time for equipment breakdowns and implement corrective action. Ensure equipment are well maintain and best practices being done.


          Responsibilities: 

          Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.
          Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter and record test data.
          Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.
          Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.
          Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.
          Develops or uses computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.
          Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as proper problem solving techniques.
          Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements. 
          Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection by adhering to the companys Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through of EHS program.

            Responsibilities: 

            Plans and directs activities concerned with the establishment and/or continuance of Quality Management System requirements, as well as other quality programs and applicable regulatory requirements.
            Plans, coordinates and conducts internal process audits and ensures optimization of the corrective action system within site operations.
            Coordinates the corrective action system within Quality department and/or across cross-functional teams, driving internal and external issue resolution.
            Initiate product/process/quality management system improvements.
            Monitor and report corrective action/preventive action status to meet quality goals.
            Prepares Quality Action reports for review. 
            Ensure that non-conformance issue is being documented according to applicable site and regulatory requirements.

            Requirements

            Diploma / Degree in Quality Assurance/ Manufacturing Process Technology or related discipline, preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
            Ability to interpret within established procedures and practices as well as exercise independent judgment in complex situations
