Exp: 2 - 5 yrs.
Planning, recommending, monitoring, evaluating, assessing, coordinating and undertaking company activities related to the Local and Overseas recruitment.
Responsible for the delivery of end to end recruitment service on time.
Maintain recruitment data and statistics; provide regular updates to the HR Head.
Ensure strict compliance with recruitment standards and strategic recruitment process.
Enter all new joiners’ details into Oracle (Overseas and Local).
Support HR Head in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies in line with Companies corporate objectives and manpower plan.
Work closely with Managers across the organization to understand the recruitment needs of the business.
Review and execute manpower requests raised by Managers within agreed timelines.
Determine need and source external recruitment agencies and headhunters and maintain relationships to support recruitment strategy.
Review and modify recruitment and selection processes when required to maximize efficiency and align with business objectives.
Verifying the offer letters of selected candidates.
Ensuring File Completion, File submission, Visa Issuance and to make sure that on-boarding processes are completed in a timely manner (salary advance, PNR , Airport pickups & Arrange Accommodation).
Learning & involving with the new responsibilities which is including HRD activities.
Follow up for visa processing with PRO Team
Salary: 4000 - 5000 AED
