Role – Retail Operations Manager – Footwear Operations
Reporting to – Business Head
Base Location – Dubai/UAE
Span of Control – 4 Countries of GCC Region (Over 20 Plus Stores)
Candidate Must Have -
It is essentially a Brand Manager role & the candidate must have 10+ years of experience with a franchise business.
Footwear experience is essential (For Ex: Footlocker, Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Aldo, Nine West, Call it Spring, Payless, Moreschi, Florsheim, Menbur etc)
Ability to handle Buying & Merchandising, Visual Merchandising & Store Operations.
Proven experience of at least 10 years in which 5 years in UAE.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated effectiveness in the ability to ensure quality client service.
Strong presentations skills.
Person should have experience of handling multiple geographies under his portfolio.
As for current role, his/her span of control would be across 4 Countries of GCC Region (with over 20 stores)
