The incumbent should have minimum 7 years' experience with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 10 years experience with Diploma/Associate Degree 

Candidate must have experience in Construction of Stadiums, Sports City, Sports Club, University, Colleges, Schools, Malls, Club House, Hotels, Buildings or any other Non-Industrial projects.
