Asst Health & Safety Manager for Shah Alam, Malaysia

Position: Asst Manager (QA, Health & Saftey)
Reporting to: QA Manager
Department: Quality Assurance
Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia (Near about 45 mins away from Kuala Lampur airport)
Salary: 1600 $ p/m

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the administration and Management of ISO 9001 2008, ISO 14001 , BRC Global packaging standard & All ethical standards currently followed by business. 
• Responsible for the administration of all other standards followed in business and advise business of any new standards to achieve for continuous improvements.
• Responsible for handling all technical, systems and ethical audits.
• Responsible for the attainment of OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
• Responsible for the administration of the internet based technical library of certain customers.
• Responsible for all internal audit training, the Management of internal auditor training and the administration of the same.
• To handle / assist in handling all customer complaints. Ensure that the corrective action had been implemented and is effective.
• To work with each HOD, as appropriate, to develop a professional set of training modules and provide training for each department along with respective HOD.
• (a) Health and safety.
• (b) Good Manufacturing Practices.
• (c) Quality test procedure.
• (d) New product Introduction
• To periodically review the current documentation & implement what improvements can be made and with the benefits gained.
• Coordinate with the whole team to establish and uphold the CSR program and implement year on year, modifying as appropriate.
• To ensure all Quality Related documents are up to date and accurate at all times and legal and chemical requirements of the industry are met with all the time with reference to latest updates.
