    We have an excellent opening for Lead HSE Bangaldesh with our reputed Client 

    Designation : Lead HSE 

    Language : Bengali who can read , write & speak (Mandatory)

    Location : Bangladesh -Bhola 

    Experience: 15-25 years into Power Plant -Thermal Power or Combined Cycle 

    Qualification : 
    Bachelor Degree (any) with Certifications in HSE
    Bachelors degree required (preferably in environmental health and safety)
    Knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards with regard to projects
    Ability to train, influence and motivate team members
    Business Understanding 
    Infrastructure business understanding is preferred, esp. of Power Plants.
    Objective / Purpose of the job
    Looking a candidate who know Bengali (Read , Write & Speak ) Mandatory 
    Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental procedures and to assist in the achievement of profitability/productivity requirements
    Key Activities / Accountabilities 
    Develop site specific safety policies, procedures and programs.
    Develop and devise implementation plans for health, safety & environmental training 
    Identify and develop control plans for hazards which exist at the site. 
    Interact with regulatory agencies as required to maintain compliance with all applicable standards. 
    Manage environmental remediation projects as required to maintain compliance with all applicable standards. 
    Interface with Corporate Legal, Environmental, Safety, Medical, Disability, Work Comp, Risk Management. 
    Implement and manage site EMS & coordinate ISO 14001 initiatives. 
    Develop and implement continuous improvement plans. 

    Provide leadership in site health, safety, environmental & security matters. 
    Establish pollution prevention initiatives and programs and establish site wellness initiatives and program
    Visit site to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment and materials
    Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) for the project to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees, contractors, visitors and community.
    Regularly audit the SMP for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions.
    Analyze accident reports and evaluate injury case studies based on available facts
    Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (including OSHA, etc.)
    Research environmental regulations and policies and institute changes to ensure compliance
    Ensure safety boards with postings including but not limited to: Health and safety policy, inspection and audit results, project hazard assessment, location of first aid, etc. are maintained and current.
    Coordinate a regular meeting with project safety team to review issues, trends and upcoming conditions or events.

    Candidate profile:
    Strong domain expertise in HSE in Thermal Power or Combined Cycle Power Plant sites is a must.
    Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 
    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    Essential Educational, Experience Qualification & Age
    Educational Qualification:
