Position: Instrumentation Supervisor

No. of Positions; 3

Experience Required-5 Years

Salary Offered : 300 RO+ Overtime 

Work Schedule: 9 Hrs. Daily/5 days week, Friday Saturday off 

(Overtime applicable on Holidays & above 9 hrs of work)

Leave Schedule: Annual leave -30 days with to & Fro Air ticket upto Mumbai

Food & Accommodation: Provided by company

Job Description:

Knowledge of instrumentation:-
Experienced in supervision of technicians and contractors.
Work individual and in group work with minimum supervision
Must be able to show a minimum of 2 to 3 years involvement in troubleshooting, analysis and resolving technical field problems. 

Material related support:-
Verify and Prepare BOM for corrective jobs and PMs
Checking availability of material inspection and quality assurance
Able to understand and verify part number
Able to read and perform material take-offs from isometrics and equipment drawings.
(CMMS) System and Microsoft office Related activities:-
Familiar with document center (Searching for vendor documents & important drawings)
Familiar with warehouse system, Follow up for stock replenishment, checking the Min/Max of stock items, Searching for material using PN
Full understand of Microsoft Excel word and able to communicate using email outlook
Planning related:-
Doing site survey to prepare & verify insulation, scaffolding and other requirements
Scope verification of TA jobs, Comparing jobs with projects and club it all together to save time 
Following up with workshop team for progress and report it
Tracking and managing Handover certificates
Able to allocated Manpower, direct them for safety and security induction
