Budget Accountant

Budget Analyst 

Qualification: Bachelor Degree 

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in similar

Basic Function: is accountable for preparing the annual budget, comparing it to actual results, and reporting on variances from the budget.
Principal Accountabilities:
Inform department managers of due dates for the submission of budget information.
Act as an advisor to department managers in formulating their budget submissions.
Review proposed budget submissions from department managers for accuracy and completeness.
Examine whether budget submissions can be achieved based on known capacity constraints and inform management of potential problem areas.

Propose enhancements to the budget model.
Create a consolidated budget version for management approval.
Propagate the approved budget throughout the organization and explain issues as requested.
Compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances.
Maintain the budgeting policies and procedures manual

Reporting Accountant 

Qualification: Bachelor Degree

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in similar

Prepare monthly P&L and KPI analysis, calling out key drivers in period vs forecasts/budgets/targets.
Prepare presentations for board, wider management and task group meetings.
Optimisation of all current reporting tools (system reports, spread sheets, presentations) and associated processes
Work closely with Finance and IT to build an integrated, efficient and sustainable process.

Preparation of timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts

Civil Design Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering equivalent acceptable by User Organization.Passing National Licensure or equivalent would be beneficial.

Senior Civil Design Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent acceptable by User Organization. Must have pass National Licensure or equivalent and possess a current license as Registered Engineer.

Experience: Twelve (12) years experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office with five (5) years of which as lead civil design engineer or team leader.


2D CADD Draftsman

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Architecture or any Engineering Field would be an advantage. knowledge in Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Autodesk 3ds Max 2010 would be an advantage.

Experience: Six (6) years experience in Engineering and Design Office producing drawing related to building construction and renovation; two (2) years of which in computer aided design drafting (CADD), specializing in required disciplines.

CADD Specialist/3D CAD Designer

Qualification: Associate Degree in Engineering or Architecture, or Two (2) Years Technical College in Drafting Technology or equivalent acceptable by User Organization. Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Autodesk 3ds Max 2010 and other 3D rendering and modeling software.

Experience: Eight (8) years experience in design office producing drawings. Should have three (3) years proven experience using computer aided drafting software Microstation of which two (2) years shall be in 3-D modeling, rendering and developing perspectives. 

Design Architect

Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture or equivalent acceptable by User Organization. Knowledgeable in CADD Software Microstation and architectural design, rendering and modeling software.

Specification Writer

Safety Engineer 

Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Safety Engineering or Occupational Safety from a fully accredited and reputed University; or alternate qualification in Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent acceptable by User Organization.

Experience: Eight (8) years experience from the date of qualifications, five (5) years of which in the development, oversight and coordination of construction, operational and/or community safety programs.Must have experience in occupational safety in constructions and/or maintenance field, and be familiar with risk management and management of change procedures.Must have experience in the development oversight & coordination of operational safety programs.Must have experience in planning and scheduling.

Statistical Analyst

Interior Designer 

Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design. Alternate qualification is Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture with postgraduate certificate in Interior Design or equivalent acceptable by User Organization. Knowledgeable in CADD Software Microstation and architectural design, rendering and modeling software.

Experience: Ten (10) years experience in interior design of office buildings, residential and community facilities. Three (3) years of which in 3-D modeling, rendering and developing perspective.

Landscape Architect 

Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Engineering or Landscape Architecture; alternate qualification is Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture with postgraduate certificate in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Engineering or equivalent acceptable by User Organization.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel.), Microstation V8i, Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Autodesk 3ds Max 2010.

Experience: Ten (10) years of experience from the date of qualifications, with five (5) years of those spent in preparing landscape designs, irrigation systems, plants selection, working drawings. Additionally, shall be able to do conceptual sketches both for design and construction.Should have three (3) full years proven experience using Computer Aided Drafting software Microstation of which two (2) years shall be in 3-D modeling, rendering and developing perspectives. Must have experience in planning, programming, estimating, scheduling and quality control.

Maintenance Planner 

Qualification: Two years technical college graduate; or equivalent acceptable by User Organization; Bachelors Degree would be beneficial.Knowledge in SAP operations and procedures would be beneficial.Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point); knowledge in MS project is a plus.

Experience: Eight (8) year experience from the date of qualifications, with three (3) years of those working experience in program and planning in building and utility construction and maintenance
Communication Design Engineer 

Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering or equivalent acceptable by User Organization. Passing National Licensure or equivalent will be beneficial. 

Experience: Ten (10) years experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office as communications design engineer.

Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC) 

Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering equivalent acceptable by User Organization. Passing National Licensure or equivalent will be beneficial.

Experience: Should have minimum Ten (10) years experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office as HVAC design engineer.


Project Scheduling Engineer

Structural Design Engineer

Project/ Site Engineer-Electrical/ Communication/ Fire Alarm & Detection

Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering/ (as per required discipline) or any similar degree approved by User Representative. Passing the National Licensure Examination would be beneficial. Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Project Management Software (Microsoft Project and/or Primavera).

Experience: Ten (10) years experience from the date of qualification in building construction and maintenance; five (5) years of which as project/site engineer.


QA/QC Coordinator 

Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (as per required disciplines) or equivalent acceptable by User Organization. Must be conversant with the elements of ISO 9000, including quality systems, quality audits and quality records. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.

Experience: Eight (8) years working experience in the construction or electromechanical maintenance field, five (5) years of which in a capacity as Quality Auditor or Assessor particularly in the field of interest. Must be experienced in developing and implementing quality management system.
Experienced in the assessment of work procedures and systems.

SAP Processor 

Qualification: Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Should be able to type at 30 words per minute at 90% accuracy.Knowledge in SAP operation and procedures.

Mechanical Design Engineer (Piping)
