 Minimum  Qualification : ITI with minimum 2-3 years of Exp 

1. Manufacturing Management & Spare Parts Management : 

Attending to the routine problems
Maintaining of spares assemblies ready
Coordination with section in-charge and giving feedback on the daily activities and problems
Attending daily meetings

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting skills 

Ensure downtime reduction
Undertake why- why analysis during the occurrence of downtime
