Assistant Manager - Warehouse for one of its Retail Chain Stores

Job Location : Seychelles, East African Island Country

Job Criteria :

Education : Degree / Diploma Holder

Experience : Minimum 4 years in Warehouse Operation in FMCG Retail Chain.

Preferred Industry : FMCG Retail Chains.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.
  • Responsible for the organizing and delegation of all activities performed in the warehouse.
  • Oversee the work of dispatching and receiving team
  • Needs to ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse
  • Responsible for the security of the stock and warehouse
  • Responsible for transferring of goods from one warehouse to another through vehicles and must have international driving license. In Case of staff absence.
  • Responsible for management of space
  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.
  • Overseeing the dispatch and receiving team
  • Conduct research to improve overall warehouse operations
  • Responsible for maintain reports pertaining to the warehouse
Remunerations & Benefits:

Salary Package: Nett SCR 11,440
