Marketing & Sales Manager for Zimbabwe

Marketing & Sales Manager - Exports - Animal Health, Zimbabwe

• Candidate will be responsible for handling all business covering Zimbabwe & Botsana. You will be responsible for Close follow-up with Local Distributor for orders & payments , and also Close coordination with Distributor for monthly stock statements & analyses of individual product movement performance in market.
• You will be devising strategies for all Marketing strategies to increase the sales. And also conduct Seminars and Training programme across different regions to promote the products
• You will be make promotional material in coordination with our Head office. Planning product strategies for different products. And also promotion of ALS brand at field /farmer level.
• You will be organize for local seminars for promotion & to find other effective mode of ground level promotions & implementation.
• You will identify new products to be introduced in the market. Launching of new products in the markets.

• You will work on tie up with Associations and Organizations to increase our sales.
• You will be handling preparation of product performance on monthly basis & to prepare strategy.
• You will responsible for Implementation of Marketing Strategy & Organizing Farmers Meet & Veterinarian meet
• You will be doing liasoning and coordination with MCAZ for registration of products.
• You will be Work on sales force software system on daily basis and also sending daily work report to Managing Director & Manager Exports.

Required Candidate profile

MVSC / BVSC / BSC / MBA (with 4- 6 years of experience into Pharma / Veterinary
industry) . Candidate will be based in Harare Zimbabwe .Should have Willing to travel extensively. Candidate should have coordinate with Distributor for monthly stock statements & analyses of individual product movement performance in market. He should worked on sales force software system on daily basis
