Billing & Accounts Manager for Dhaka, Bangladesh

We have urgent opening with leading industry for Manager Billing & Accounts at Dhaka Location.

Profile : Manager Billing and Accounts.

Experience Required: 8-11 Years.

Location: Dhaka (Bangladesh)

Note: Candidates who are really interested for Dhaka will apply, and must have passport.

Mandatory Key Skills:

Experience in International accounting, International billing and International taxation.

Must have knowledge on RBI guidlines and FEMA.

Need a person who makes bills in India for International client.

Job Purpose

Resource required for Dhaka Metro project for the position of Accounts and Billing profile. He will be based in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities

1.Good Experience in International Accounting & Taxation.

2.Responsible for timely and accurate billing claim submission to customer.

3.Responsible for compilation of all documents required as per contract for invoice submission.

4.Coordination with finance department for issuance of tax invoice

5.Responsible Certification of the invoices and completion of all required invoice registration process.

6.Coordination with customers commercial / technical / planning team to make sure the invoices are approved in customers system and clear for payment.

7.Follow up with customers representatives for release of payments.

8.Payment collection and tracking including keeping details of each claim vs realisation.

9.Complete adherence to the invoicing and collection schedule.

10.Coordination with all stakeholders for smooth invoicing and collection.

11.Well versed in Direct & Indirect Taxes.

12.Building and maintaining healthy business relationship with vendors, customers, bankers & statutory bodies.

13.Monthly MIS reporting to top management.

14.Complete control on debtors and creditors accounts.

15.Knowledge of International taxation laws and regulations is advantageous.

Qualification Required

1. Accounting Degree, MCom, CA, MBA-Finance or equivalent.
