General Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering,
- At least 8 years of experience in metal part manufacturing processes such as cutting, welded manufacturing, machining, and surface treatments,
- Experienced in new product launches and engineering processes,
- Proficient in written and spoken English,
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, flexible to work with multi-cultural environment.
Job Description
- Working on proposal packages,
- Carrying out new product launch activities,
- Communicating with customers regarding technical requirements,
- Analyzing customer technical documentation to accurately identify needs and requirements,
- Identifying quality requirements and informing the quality department,
- Conducting production processes using lean manufacturing techniques and carrying out Kaizen activities for process improvement,
- Preparing and updating technical documentation related to production processes,
- Conducting time studies and working on efficiency improvement projects
