Graphic Systems Angola brought the first gravure printing line to the country offering: prepress, offset, gravure, lamination, extrusion and various finishing technologies to the local market

• Coordination with internal stake holders like QA, Marketing, Production and Supply chain for
  New Product launches and modification in existing products.
• Prioritize the orders as per marketing requirements.
• Receive the sales orders from the sales and maintain the order book.
• Production planning & scheduling, efficiently plan for the Printing machine, Lamination machine, slitting machine & Bag machine with maximum utilization in such a way that the complete production line will run smoothly without interruption.
• Formulating process to track plan vs actual, identification of gap and eliminating the bottlenecks.
• Co-ordination with sales and plant team to ensure timely production and dispatch of finished goods.
• Attend daily production meeting with plan of the day to convey the urgency of marketing demand & discuss over the variance happened in last day production.
• Co-ordination with QC team & Cylinder Team for job clearance on time with Quality insurance
• Act as a bridge between Production Team and sales team to resolve any job-related issues to avoid the delay and produce the fruitful results.
• Get all the RM availability before starting the production in such a way that inventory will be under controlled.
• Reduce the inventory by consuming over aging inventory.
• Co-ordination with marketing team for orders & job status.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of Raw Material.
• Creating monthly RM request.
• Work closely with the teams to achieve Quantitative and Qualitative targets.
