Chef Job Vacancy in USA

Position: South Indian Sous Chef 

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERED

• 1. Ensure that your passport is valid for a minimum of 8 to 10 years.
• 2. Training Period in Bangalore with MTR:
• • You will undergo a 6-month training period in Bangalore with the MTR team, where you will be immersed in all aspects of kitchen operations and expected to work closely with the team. This will help develop your skills and prepare you for future roles.
• 3. Work Commitment:
• • After completing the training, you will work with us for an additional 6 months.
• 4. Company Expenses:
• • The company will incur approximately 16 lakhs in expenses for your food, accommodation, visa, and travel tickets.
• 5. Contract/Bond:
• • You will be required to sign a 6-year bond or contract with the company.
• 6. Deposit Requirement:
• • There will be a deposit of 2 lakhs for security and commitment purposes.
• 7. Leave Policy:
• • After 2 years of service, you will be eligible for 1 month of leave.
• 8. Background & Medical Check-Up:
• • Before joining, we will conduct a thorough background verification and require a valid medical report.
  
  
• 9. Work Pressure & Responsibilities:
• • The kitchen will have consistent work pressure. You are expected to handle any and all kitchen tasks, including chopping, cutting, and other hands-on duties.
• • Hard work and sincerity are key; dedication to the role will be highly appreciated.
• 10. Team Dynamics & Work Attitude:
• • You will be working under the MTR team in Bangalore, where you must be keen, polite, and sincere in your approach. Being a team player is essential, and you must be willing to work with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• 11. Salary Structure:
• • Your salary will be based on experience, skills, and knowledge, ranging from 60,000 to 1.25 lakhs per month.
• 12. Contract Break Penalty:
• • In case of breaking the contract, there will be a penalty.
• 13. Salary Increments:
• • Every 1.5 years, there will be a salary increment of 10%.
• 14. Insurance Coverage:
• • Insurance will be provided both in India and the USA.
