• Procurement: Sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relations
• Logistics: Overseeing the transportation, warehousing, and inventory control of goods
• Planning: Developing and implementing a purchasing strategy, and coordinating with other teams to
plan procurement needs
• Communication: Working closely with production, quality assurance, and office administration
• Reporting: Preparing and submitting reports promptly
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards 
• Requesting and receiving quotes for supplies 
• Approving purchasing invoices 
• Managing the transportation process for onsite manufactured products 
• Maintaining and updating lists of approved suppliers 
• Ensuring the proper maintenance of machines and equipment
