About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced greenhouse Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage greenhouse daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and greenhouse equipment maintenance of . The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure efficient production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels, prevent shortages, and ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate the workflow from harvesting and packaging to dispatch and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee dispatch and logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor automated systems and machinery, coordinating regular maintenance to avoid delays.
• Streamline operations, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency across departments.
• Ensure product quality, equipment functionality, and safety standards are met at all stages.
• Proactively address equipment or operational issues and implement preventative measures.
• Adjust schedules and plans based on unexpected changes, such as equipment failure or supply chain disruptions.
• Maintain open communication with team members, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth coordination.

Requirements:

• Education: BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering; MBA in Facility Management or Production Floor Management is preferred.
• Experience: Strong background in inventory management, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.

Aquaculture Supervisor

Salary: OMR 450 - 500 per month

Greenhouse Supervisor

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, able to manage teams, and skilled in adjusting production strategies based on climate and market demands.

• Manage climate-controlled greenhouses and hydroponic systems.
• Oversee plant nutrition, pest control, and environmental conditions for optimal crop growth.
• Plan and manage production, nursery, and harvest schedules.
• Monitor crop health and adjust growing conditions as needed.
• Use data to guide decisions on crop rotation, yields, and resource management.
• Communicate with the team, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Masters degree in Agriculture Sciences or related field.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose nutrient deficiencies and forecast production needs.

• Age: 25-35 years.
