Job Description 

  • 15 + years of experience.
  • Requires N2 & above strong Japanese language skills. With N3 having good conversation skills can be considered
  • Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar, ArcSight,Splunk,Cyberreason), EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Carbon Black), and other SOC technologies.
  • Proficiency in log analysis, network monitoring, and use of security analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of common cyber attack vectors (e.g., phishing, malware, DDoS, APTs) and defense mechanisms.
  • Threat Intelligence, XDR, MDR
  • Malware analysis,
  • Incident Management, Experience of working in Support projects, Experience in managing SOC Analyst across shifts. Command Centre Experience, Tools like Jira, Confluence, Remedy.
  • Good understanding of secure development methodologies and must have the capability to provide remediation to the identified defects.
  • Good understanding of any one cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring security teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and senior management.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability management initiatives to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Ensure incident handling processes align with legal, regulatory and industry-specific standards.
  • Excellent  Communication Skills.

  • ITIL Certification.
  • SOC Analyst certification,
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
  • Certified SOC Analyst (CSA)
  • People and Team management
  • Infrastructure security will definitely be a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAST, DAST, FUZZ Testing
  • Possesses interpersonal skills.
  • Possess strong customer service skills.
  • Capable of leading meetings with business owners.
  • Good ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences (verbally and written).
  • Comply with all company Policies and Procedures.
  • Ability to work weekends and after business hours
