Project Civil Engineer - (Facility Management)

Must have Degree in Civil Engineering. 

Shall have minimum 10 years of experience as a Project - Civil Engineer in Facility Management in Housing Maintenance Department of Petrochemical Plant Housing. 

Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans conferring with management.  Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements. Determines project specifications by studying product design, and performance standards. Completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates. 

Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions. 

Must have good computer knowledge and good skill to prepare weekly, and monthly progress report. 

Gulf experience with SABIC Facility Management will be preferred.  

Age below 45

Preferred candidate profile
