Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Staff Management:
Customer Service:
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and address customer feedback promptly.
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
Financial Responsibilities:
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase profitability.
