Job Title: Senior Accounts Lead

Job Description:

Minimum 3-6 years experience in handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory verification, bank account reconciliation, passing of supplier invoices, managing supplier payments, reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable ledgers, etc. in medium size manufacturing company.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal team. Working experience in SAP S/4 or SAP S/4 Hanna must be able to work independently under limited supervision and complete monthly closing within the cutoff dates.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in B.Com or Inter CA from a good university with 3~6 years experiences.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.

Proposal and Contract Development: Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress through CRM software.
