Mechanical Technician for Aluminium Bahrain (Online Interview)

Candidate should have heavy industries experiences mainly in rotating equipments like pump, conveyors, gearbox, overhead cranes, etc.

Previous work experience in an Aluminum Smelter Cast House is preferred.

Qualification:

• Should Have ITI / Diploma / Equalling Qualification from any Recognised Institution
• Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing production units
• Good knowledge in below skills

1. Basic Computer Literacy

2. English Literacy communication, reading, writing

3. Basic Mathematics Skills

4. Basic Engineering Skills (Read Drawings, Catalogues, P&I Drawings, Loop drags.)

5. Delivering Presentations

6. Effective Handling Of Planned Maintenance Actives (PMs, Breakdowns & Shutdowns)

7. Able to have Crane, High Lift & Forklift Operation (Training & License will be provided by ALBA to operate inside ALBA)

8. Skill Of Using Various Measuring Tools Such As Vernier, Dial Gauges, Thread Gauges, Outside & Inside Micrometres & Callipers

9. Removing & Replacing Mechanical Components / Equipment

10. PM And Regular Repairs Of OHC & Hoists

11. Safe Usage Of Tools & Lifing Tackles

12. Knowledge about Bearing And Lubrication

13. Bearing Identification & Lubricating Basic Concept

14. Belt Drives And Key Fittings

15. Maintenance / Repair / Replacement Of Reduction Gear Boxes

16. Welding And Cutting knowledge

17. Knowledge about PTW / Hot work / Isolation LOTO

18. Equipment Alignment Skills about different type of couplings
