- Manage Day to day administration of business
- Manage purchases, sales, stock and goods in transit
- Make daily reports on the ongoing business
- Make sure purchases and sales are conducted smoothly and in a timely manner
- Make report to MD and business head so better decisions can be made

- Attention to detail
- Holistic understanding of business
- Taking initiative where requires
- Understanding the factors of business and informing MD and CFO in a timely manner challenges occur
