Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced educators specializing in IIT-JEE and NEET training alongwith School Curriculum to join our academic team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology for competitive examinations such as IIT-JEE/NEET/Olympiads/Boards alongwith School Curriculum. The faculty will contribute to content development, lesson planning, and student progress monitoring, ensuring that high standards of education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in concerned subject to prepare students for NEET, JEE & Foundation.
• Designing and implementing course materials, test papers, and mock exams.
• Monitoring student progress and providing detailed feedback.
• Adopting a result-oriented approach with a focus on individual student performance.
• Collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching methodologies.
• Participating in regular faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
• Assisting in the creation of exam strategies and study plans for students.
• Contributing to the overall development of the students in terms of discipline and mental preparation for all exams.
• Conduction of events like workshops, seminars, counselling and mentoring.

Specifications and Requirements:

1. Academic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Masters degree in the respective subject from a reputed university.
• A strong academic background with excellent subject knowledge.

2. Teaching Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching P/C/M/B subjects at the junior or senior level, with a proven track record of producing good results. However, enterprising fresh candidates are encouraged to apply as trainees.
• Prior experience in coaching and/or schools is highly desirable.

3. Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in IIT-JEE / NEET and school syllabus and exam patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
• Good organizational and classroom management skills.
• Hands on computer skills using MS Office, Emailing and related software’s is desirable.
