Physical inspection of all incoming material.

To send daily materials receipt report to all concern department.

Preparation of GRN, RGP, NRGP & RTV.

Maintaining proper arrangement of stock with Bin.

Monthly material planning as per production Planning.

Coordinate with material planner for maintaining minimum stock level.

Monthly prepare scrap report.

Maintain Warehouse Stock as per Company Norms.

Maintain manpower for day-to-day activity in Warehouse.

Material follow-up.

Bill forwarding to Account dept. & also follow-up for payment.

Safety Time Out before work Start

Inventory Control & MIS

Preparation of non-moving & slow-moving material report on quarterly basis.

Preparation of monthly report for receipt/issue consumption basis.

Preparation of monthly GRN inspection pending report.

Preparation of monthly Pending Purchase Order report.

Preparation of monthly Pending Indent Report.

Preparation of monthly receipt & pending material report.
