 Assist the Employee Relations Sections Head in promoting positive and harmonious employee relations by handling the employees visa renewal, cancellation, labour management issues,conflict resolutions, HR Induction, employee grievances. ERP process

Required Candidate profile

Broad knowledge of Qatar labor laws, Egovernment system, immigration rules and local legislations Experience of planning and delivering employee relations initiatives Ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgments around issues
