  • Responsible for handling front office reception pleasingly.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Answering phones and answering inquiries  
  • Route calls to specific people 
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties,travel vouchers,appointment calendar and  schedule follow-up appointments. 
  • Command over English language.
  • Added advantage of  knowing Arabic language       
Required Candidate profile
  • Smart 
  • Pleasing Character 
  • Handling Guest and queries
  • Good command over English
  • Added advantage of knowing Arabic language. 
  • Minimum 3-5 year of experience.
  • Work experience in star hotels
