- Receiving and issue of materials.
- Updating Stock Register & maintaining Daily Material Receipt Register.
- Deals with client materials and responsible for all E1 transaction materials.
- Working as interference between site management and regional/HQ management regarding high value special type material procurement.
- Complete documentation as per QMS format.
- Receiving uploading and stacking of materials as per quality and safety norms.
- Complete control over non-moving, slow-moving and fast-moving materials.
- Daily entry of receiving and issue of materials and physical verification of physical stock and system stock.
- Co-ordinate with transporters for placing the vehicles.
- Looking after loading & unloading of the materials.
- Looks over Stock transfer of materials to other sites.
- Creating Purchase Orders after collection of quotations from vendors at a negotiable rates.
- Reconciliation of Bulk materials month wise consumption.
- Creation of debit note against chargeable materials issued to Sub-Contractors.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate have worked in an infra company on a big size site.
- Ready to relocate Hasimara (West Bengal) or Kochi.
- Must have handled site independently.
- Can coordinate to HO or higher management regarding stocks
