HR Head for Epic Group, Ethiopia

One of the largest Apparel / Garments Manufacturing Organizations

This Role is Based out of Ethiopia, Awassa.

The employee perks are purely on Bachelor Status.

Candidates with Manufacturing experience to only apply.

1. Ensure that HR policies, procedures and practices are updated, maintained and aligned and global functional related strategies
2. Strategize and support the Business Head in the organization goals from HR perspective
3. Build, maintain and promote good relationships with internal and external stakeholder.
4. Build collaborative industrial relations with workers council to ensure that there is harmony in a working relationship
5. Build, collaborate and maintain a network of service organizations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR outsourced services
6. Knowledge in handling IR.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8-15 years in a similar role
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a must 
• Degree in Relevant field of HR or Social Sciences
• Good communication Skill
