Orders for projects in India are huge and we are looking for more business. We also have set up one of the largest DG set manufacturing plant in Maharashtra with MTU of Germany. We will also be manufacturing 33/11 KV clad sub-station and low voltage panels, synchronizing PLC panels, bus-ducts, rising mains etc.

POSITION IS REQUIRED FOR 18 TO 24 MONTHS AT SUDIAR, SAUDI ARABIA. PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN SAUDI ARABIA IS ESSENTIAL.

As Payroll Executive, your role is to Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records and calculating payrolls by doing the following :-

Reviews personnel records to determine names, rates of pay and occupations of newly hired workmen. 
Maintain data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing and analysing information and resolving errors. 
Reconciliation of data between all company & government systems 
Reviews and approves payroll deductions and leaves. 
Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures. 
Preparation of all periodic reports related to payroll, GOSI, vacations, etc.
Developing and maintaining all company systems related to payroll, GOSI & vacations in coordination with IT department and vendors 
Reviewing and approving ticket invoices received from travel agency 
Forecast costs by department and help create budgets. 

GOSI :  Add/Remove the employees/Monthly GOSI Payment /Register work injury/update salary (Monthly, Annual)/GOSI Certificate/GOSI Reconciliation/Contracts Authentication to employees to pay for Insurance 
Calculating final settlements (Normal/Agreement) as per the Saudi labor office 
Prepare Bank Loan /Salary Letters and Clearance Certificates 

Required Candidate profile

Qualifications :- 

Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting / commerce / mathematics. 
10 - 13 year experience in a similar role 
Analytical skills 
Generates creative solutions 
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner 
Gathers and analyzes information skillfully 
Responds to requests for service and assistance 
Maintains confidentiality 
Good Communication Skills 
Ability to work with mathematical concepts 
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 
Knowledge of Payroll systems
