Technical Skills :-
a) Expert in landscape (softscape and irrigation) project planning and execution.
b) Facilitate technical guidance & support to the site team.
c) Managing and lead all channels & distribution of landscaping activities
d) Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation & Budget, and Material Take off statement's reconciliation statement, checking bills and estimation of man hours requirement
e) Establishing the landscape site plan, conduct and review processes with landscaping team to ensure delivery targets are met
f) Liaise with main contractor, subcontractor, supplier and proper handover to customer upon project completion
g) Coordinate with internal departments, other project managers at sites, consultants and vendors
h) Maintaining quality of work & implementing project as per scheduled milestones.
i) Proper handover to customer upon project completion
j) Interpret landscape design and proposal for presentation.
k) Assist in managing landscape construction and maintenance operations and all necessary documentation works
