Hiring Production Manager (beverage Industry) For Maldives

1. Must have minimum experience of 10 years in FMCG Manufacturing.

2. Knowledge on packing and processing machines in food industry

3. Handling the production planning & control of finished goods.

4. Preparing the work allocation for workforce according to the schedule.

5. Should have knowledge on FSSC 2200 and other quality management systems

6. Knowledge on TPM concepts and techniques will be an added advantage

7. Monitoring and Controlling the day to day Production Process and Operations that include:

8. Possess exposure to HACCP, GMPs, and SOPs.

9. Keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in managing entire production operations in the Process and Manufacturing industries.

10. Proficiency in managing overall plant operations & maintenance, commissioning of various equipment.

11. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.

12. Skills on Maintenance planning, spare parts management and breakdown analysis is must
