Current openings:-

1. 2D CADD Draftsman

· Associate Degree in Engineering or Architecture, or Two (2) Years Technical College in Drafting Technology or equivalent acceptable by User Organization.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or any Engineering Field would be an advantage

· Fully conversant in computer operations with an emphasis on the current version of Microstation V8i, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel.): knowledge in Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Autodesk 3ds Max 2010 would be an advantage.

· Six (6) years’ experience in Engineering and Design Office producing drawing related to building construction and renovation; two (2) years of which in computer-aided design drafting (CADD), specializing in required disciplines.

Salary SAR 2400+SAR 300

Vacation after 2 Years.

2. Planner/Scheduler

· High School Graduate or Secondary School Graduate plus Certification in Computer Operation.

· Knowledge in SAP operation and procedures would be beneficial.

· Thorough knowledge and training in standard planning and scheduling principles and practices including, resource loading and schedule analysis.

· Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), including basic knowledge in Microsoft Project.

· Five (5) years’ experience, in building construction planning and scheduling work activities

Salary SAR 2400+SAR 300

Vacation after 2 Years.

3. Senior Civil Design Engineer

· Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent acceptable by User Organization. Must have pass National Licensure or equivalent and possess a current license as Registered Engineer.

· Knowledgeable in civil design/calculation related software.

· Skills in the use of various surveying instruments.

· Shall be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards.

· Twelve (12) years’ experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office with five (5) years of which as a lead civil design engineer or team leader.

Salary SAR 6700+SAR 300

Vacation after 1 Year.

4. Senior Mechanical (HVAC) Design Engineer

· Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent acceptable by User Organization.Must have pass National Licensure or equivalent and possess a current license as Registered Engineer.

· Knowledgeable in mechanical/ HVAC design calculation related software.

· Shall be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes including International Mechanical Code, SMACNA, and ASHREA.

· Twelve (12) years’ experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office with five (5) years of which as lead HVAC design engineer and team leader.

Salary SAR 7000+SAR 300

5. Project Engineer / Site Engineer

· Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering/Architecture (as per required discipline) or any similar degree approved by User Representative. Passing the National Licensure Examination would be beneficial.

· Must be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards.

· Fully conversant in computer operations with emphasis on the current version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Project Management Software (Microsoft Project and/or Primavera).

· Ten (10) years’ experience from the date of qualification in building construction and maintenance; five (5) years of which as project/site engineer.

Salary SAR 5200+SAR 300
