Urgent Opening for Process Engineer and Instrument Design Engineer

Job Location - Taiwan

Kind Job - Contractual (1 year can be extended)

Process Engineer

1. Working on Basic, FEED or detailed engineering design complied with project requirements
2. Accountable for successful completion of assigned engineering tasks and preparation of process engineering documents.
3. Performing design activities
4. Preparing process equipment and instrument related documents for project requirement within a given time frame
5. Working with information, checking for accuracy of documents
Refer to technical manuals and prepare process deliverables
Understanding the required outcomes of particular procedures
Providing design inputs to drafting
6. Review design documents/drawings prepared by the design team
Keep up to date with new developments of standards, process soft-wares, procedures and implement it to the day to day work.
7. Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations
Prepare process specifications, drawings (PFD, P&IDs, etc.) and process deliverables.

a) Process Design Basis
b) Process flow diagrams
c) Heat and mass heat balance
d) P&I diagrams
e) Material selection diagrams
f) Line list
g) Equipment list
h) Process data sheets for equipment
i) Instrument datasheet
j) Control philosophy
k) Cause & effect sheets
l) Utilities and chemicals consumption summaries
m) Simulations and calculations
n) Perform line size calculations
o) Perform hydraulic calculations

Instrument Design Engineer

Nature of Job - 1 Year Contract (Extendable depending on Project and performance)

Should have valid passport minimum 1 year validity 

Job Description:

Instrumentation Detail Engineering.

 Preparation of Instrument data sheets.

 Instrument Index

 Preparation of loop diagrams.
 

 Instrument panel drawings.
 

 Instrument location layouts.

 Instrument wiring layouts.
 

 Instrument cable tray layouts.

 Cable schedule.
 

 Control room arrangement.
 

 Instrument hook-up drawings

 Instrument bulk material take-off.
 

 Design calculations.

 Vendor drawings review.
 

 F & G layouts.
 

 Instrument Air distribution Layouts.

 Commissioning of all instrumentation systems
 

 Software proficiency like  Intools,SPR. etc

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must have good communication skills.

Candidate with the knowledge of autocad will be preferred.

Candidate from the same profile and industry will be preferred.

Must have 5-9 years and design exp.
