Qualification: Graduate + MBA preferred
Role Summary:
The Country Head of Sales has the primary role of leading the sales department within Indonesia, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals and monitoring performance as a whole. The Country Head of Sales defines and communicates the business KPIs and targets to junior sales personnel on a regular basis, analyses patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business commercial performance. The role of Country Head of Sales is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze sales department performance. The Country Head of Sales role is an integral part of the business in that it also involves the management of external partners and collaborations with numerous internal departments.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Service sales and/or Software sales
- Age: Max 40 Years
- Experience in hunting as well as farming as profile would be a mix of existing and new accounts
- Ability to work with multiple function teams (Pre-sales, Sales, Delivery, Project Management)
- Team management experience preferred since this role will lead a team in Indonesia
- The candidate should be currently based in Indonesia
