Vacancy for Mechanical Maintenance ( Cashew Shelling )

For a reputed Cashew Plant in Kenya..

Location: Mombasa, Kenya

Experience: Minimum 2yrs exp

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery
• Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
• Blade Sharpening and Fixing as per SOP. ( Wholes 90 % & Uncut Ratio less than 15 % )
• Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
• Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance down time records
• Monitor Spares inventory and order new parts when necessary.
• Mechanic Operator Perform on Production Target without fail
• Meet Quality standard Product to be produced
• Welding , MS , SS Knowledge
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• ITI or Diploma Mechanic
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of FMGG equipment and mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
